  1. Add the beyond meat to a bowl, followed by the remaining ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, mix well until combined. Using a tbsp to measure, make your meatballs and cook them according to package instructions (I air fry mine).
  2. Set aside.
Gravy
  1. Using a large pot, melt the butter in medium-low, once melted add the flour to make a roux. Add 1 cup of veggie broth & whisk until you have a smooth white sauce.
  2. Add the nutritional yeast, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, soy sauce & liquid smoke, whisk vigorously until it comes together. Add the remaining veggie broth & continue whisking.
  3. If you like your gravy on the thicker side, this is when you want to add your cornstarch slushy & whisk.
  4. Add the non dairy milk & continue whisking. Turn the heat to medium-high, & whisk until you have a thick & smooth gravy.
  5. Turn the heat off & add the cooked meatballs & pasta, stir until everything is fully covered by the gravy. Serve hot & enjoy!

Notes

Leftover sauce can be kept on the fridge for up to a week.
