For the Beef
  1. On a medium size pan, add the oil & heat to medium heat, add the ground beef & the rest of the beef ingredients. Cook until it’s ready.
For the Cheese Sauce
  1. Melt the butter on a medium size pot in medium heat, add the garlic & allow it to become golden brown. Add the flour, you’ll have a thick roux.
  2. Add the veggie broth & whisk until you have a sauce. Add the rest of the ingredients, saving the milk for last. Whisk until you have a smooth & creamy sauce. Add the pasta on it, & then the ground beef. Stir well.
  3. Serve hot!

Notes

Leftover sauce can be kept on the fridge for up to a week.
