  1. Allow the pizza dough to rest in a warm environment for around 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 500F.
  3. On a slightly floured surface, stretch the dough to a 10 inch circle.
  4. Spread the pesto on top of the dough, followed by the vegan mozzarella, crumbled feta and vegan parmesan, top with fresh pepper.
  5. Cook the pizza 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot!
