Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F
  2. Make the flaxseed egg. Set aside.
  3. Get a baking pan ready, I used a 20 x 20 baking pan.
  4. Add the butter to a bowl, start mixing in the sugar slowly, after it's all mixed, add the rest of the wet ingredients & mix thoroughly.
  5. Mix in the dry ingredients, leaving the chocolate chips for last. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan, even out the mixture & bake for 35 - 45 minutes, to check if they are ready, poke them with a toothpick & when it comes out clean, they are ready!
