- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Using a mandolin, cut your potatoes into thin layers.
- Butter up your cast iron (if you don't have one, use any cake pan you have), drizzle a bit of balsamic vinegar before you start layering your potatoes.
- Lay the first layer of potatoes, brush them with butter, sprinkle the spices on top of it, drizzle more balsamic vinegar, and repeat until you are finished with all the ingredients.
- Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes they should be half cooked, with another cake pan, push them in and cook for another 25 minutes.
- & voila! Serve hot!
