  1. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan, followed by the vegan mayo. Whisk vigorously until they both come together (this takes 2-3 minutes).
  2. Add in the nutritional yeast, and lemon juice and whisk until the nutritional yeast has dissolved into the mixture.
  3. Mix in the turmeric and black salt, whisk.
  4. Top with ground pepper to taste and serve.
  5. It can be used in breakfast poutine, fries, vegan eggs, grilled veggies.
