- Melt the butter in a small sauce pan, followed by the vegan mayo. Whisk vigorously until they both come together (this takes 2-3 minutes).
- Add in the nutritional yeast, and lemon juice and whisk until the nutritional yeast has dissolved into the mixture.
- Mix in the turmeric and black salt, whisk.
- Top with ground pepper to taste and serve.
- It can be used in breakfast poutine, fries, vegan eggs, grilled veggies.
