Hollandaise Sauce
- Melt the butter in a small pot to medium-low heat, once melted add the mayo and whisk until you have a smooth sauce.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk vigorously until you have a smooth consistency.
- Turn the heat up for 3 minutes while whisking. Set aside.
Assemble
- Grill the burger buns.
- Spread 2 tbsp. of your choice of spread. Place the hashbrown on top, followed by the burger, then cheese, then folded egg.
- Spread 2-3 tbsp. of the hollandaise sauce on top. Close your burger and repeat the process with the remaining 3.
