Just look at that stack and tell me you don’t want to give it a huge bite. These layers of goodness are covered by the creamiest hollandaise sauce to make this burger even more irresistible.

In between those burgers buns you will find a layers of garlic, tofu spread, followed by two homemade hashbrowns, a Beyond Meat patty, a vegan cheddar slice, and a vegan egg patty, all of that is topped with the most delicious homemade hollandaise sauce. It will only take around 40 minutes to make and it is the most satisfying brunch you will ever have, trust me.

Hollandaise Sauce
  1. Melt the butter in a small pot to medium-low heat, once melted add the mayo and whisk until you have a smooth sauce.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk vigorously until you have a smooth consistency.
  3. Turn the heat up for 3 minutes while whisking. Set aside.
Assemble
  1. Grill the burger buns.
  2. Spread 2 tbsp. of your choice of spread. Place the hashbrown on top, followed by the burger, then cheese, then folded egg.
  3. Spread 2-3 tbsp. of the hollandaise sauce on top. Close your burger and repeat the process with the remaining 3.
