  1. Preheat the oven to 450F
  2. Using a bread knife, cut your baguette as if you were going to slice it, just slice half way through. Repeat this process 8 times.
  3. In a small bowl mix the butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
  4. Spread the butter in each slice of the baguette you cut, as well as the sides and the top of the baguette.
  5. Place 1 slice of pepperoni inside each baguette slice.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, followed by the parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. Then broil at 500F for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is crispy (keep an eye on the bread during this time).
  8. Serve hot!
