- Preheat the oven to 450F
- Using a bread knife, cut your baguette as if you were going to slice it, just slice half way through. Repeat this process 8 times.
- In a small bowl mix the butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
- Spread the butter in each slice of the baguette you cut, as well as the sides and the top of the baguette.
- Place 1 slice of pepperoni inside each baguette slice.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, followed by the parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 7 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted. Then broil at 500F for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is crispy (keep an eye on the bread during this time).
- Serve hot!
