- Preheat the oven to 400F
- Roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle, in a large parchment paper.
- Mix the melted butter with garlic. Spread 3 tbsp. of the mixture into the dough, followed by the marinara sauce.
- Layout the vegan mozzarella cheese, followed by half of the vegan parmesan. Place the vegan ham, peperoni and/or vegan salami, top with the remaining parmesan cheese.
- Fold the edges in to prevent any of the fillings to fall out. Roll the dough carefully into a long log.
- Top the log with the remaining butter and garlic mix, parsley, and the vegan parmesan.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
