After a lifelong passion for plant-based cuisine that started when I went vegetarian at the age of 13. Growing up, I spent countless hours experimenting in the kitchen, inspired by my grandmother who taught me the art of cooking from scratch. Those early days of culinary exploration shaped my palate and deepened my appreciation for wholesome, delicious food. Today, as a chef, I specialize in creating innovative and nutritious vegan dishes, blending traditional flavors with modern techniques to delight the senses and promote a sustainable lifestyle.

  • YES! 100% vegan, ALWAYS. Part of my mission is to deliver elegant, and delicious vegan food; that does not mean that cheesy or meaty recipes are out of the question! I can deliver the same texture, taste and visual effect that those traditional ingredients have but cruelty-free!

  • YES! Most dishes on the menus can be gluten-free, just let me know in advance!

  • Yes. 25 people is my max at the moment. However, I accept parties with more people but a sous-chef charge will be added to your bill.

  • Yes! For an extra fee a server (or more as needed) will come to help make your night unforgettable.
